The Geneva Science-Policy Interface (GSPI) is a neutral and independent platform that aims to strengthen engagement between the research community and Geneva-based international policy actors around specific policy issues.
Eligibility
Projects eligible for support under the ICP should involve collaboration between at least one actor from an academic institution (with no geographical limitation) and one actor from the International Geneva ecosystem engaged in policy work.
Budget and duration
Maximum funding amount of 60,000 CHF per project. Projects cannot exceed 18 months.
These grants serve as seed money and can be utilized to cover various costs related to personnel or project activities. Most of the the budget must be focused on science-policy engagement activities.
Timeline of the call
- Submission Deadline: 2 February 2024 ( 23:59 CET)
- Project selection: start of April 2024
- Start of the project: An inception meeting with project partners is organised by Mid-May 2024 at the latest. The project activities should start within 6 months of the selection announcement.
