Consulting@BCG: Case Study - How to Prepare for a Case Study?

There are many myths out there about case studies and case study interviews at consulting firms. But what is a case study really? How do you approach it and how do you solve one, specifically at BCG? Is it true that case studies are basically a tough business problem with some math challenges thrown into the mix? And why do you actually need to do a case study as part of the interview process?
Because case studies can seem like a difficult challenge to overcome, especially to students who have not come across them during their studies yet, we decided to sit you down with an expert who will break down what a case study is and discuss how to approach them best. Meet Lisa Fried, Consultant at BCG, who will dive with you into that topic and give some important tips on how to prep. Of course, she is also happy to answer questions about BCG and give insights into our work and culture.
